Nederlandse Afdeling - Lycée International

Tuition fees

The Dutch Section is funded primarily by parents. Below you can read how tuition fees work and what factors influence the amount.

The Dutch Section of the Lycée International is a private section that forms part of the Lycée International, which is subsidized by the French government. Parents/guardians together form the association Association des Parents d'Elèves de la Section Néerlandaise du Lycée International (APESNLI). This association organizes Dutch education and bears full financial responsibility for the section.

The operating costs of the section are largely covered by parents through tuition fees. In addition, the section receives a modest subsidy from the Stichting Nederlands Onderwijs Buitenland (NOB).

You only pay tuition fees for the Dutch part of the education. Please note, however, that enrollment at the Lycée International is not possible without participation in (and payment for) the Dutch Section.

The exact amount of tuition fees depends on your specific family situation. Factors that determine the rate include:

  • Expat status (are the fees reimbursed by an employer or paid privately?);
  • The number of children you enroll;
  • Your child(ren)'s age and the class they are placed in.

Because of these variables, we invite you to contact us for a quote tailored to your situation.
